The Papua New Guinea Defence Force (PNGDF) advises that the online application process for the 2026 General Enlistees intake has now closed, and the FINAL SHORTLIST of successful applicants has been completed.
The FINAL SHORTLIST of successful applicants is now available and has been uploaded here for public viewing. All shortlisted applicants must carefully read and strictly follow the instructions provided.
TAKE STRICT & PARTICULAR NOTICE OF THE FOLLOWING:
1.Those persons only who have their names on the online selection list must turn up and NO stranger. If you are a complete stranger or an impersonator, you will be arrested by Military Police and handed over to civil police to be charged and detained.
2. You are to report in correct attire and bring along a Biro, A4 size notebook, ruler, pencil, and an eraser.
3. Test will be done strictly on schedule timings. There will be NO excuses for lateness.
4. The failed recruits will be formally removed during the process.

Step 1
Hold individual interview’s with the respective Leaders to understand the Organization’s Purpose, Vision and Mission Statements as well as Key Objectives and what the challenges are in delivering objectives.

Hold interviews with HR Department and simultaneously collect all employees BIO‐DATA as well as understand employee’s qualifications and experience (If there is not much data present or the information is scattered, we can assist to pull this data together to have a Masterfile).

Step 3
Coordinate a Pulse Survey, which is a brief set of questions sent to employees to gain employees views on subjects such job‐related roles, communication, motivation to work, etc.

Submit Business Cases and proposals to Executive Management specific to your organization and how we can help address your Human Resource Challenges.

Step 5
Once your feedback is received, an action plan and timeline will be submitted to your organization of the projects to carry out and the execution together with the fees involved.
